Our professionals are highly experienced in working with company boards of directors, as well as with private equity firms and law firms, to improve corporate governance and related policies and practices. We conduct individual and group assessments to enhance board oversight and also work closely with chief executive officers and senior leadership teams to strengthen their roles and relationships with their boards.
Incentives
An effective executive compensation program relies on sound governance and compensation practices closely aligned with an organization’s annual and long-term strategic plans and objectives. We provide expert independent analytical reviews and assessments of executive compensation programs and work collaboratively with the board, compensation committee, chief executive officer, and other C-suite members to align executive compensation plans with business strategy, objectives, and outcomes. We also provide the same services with respect to nonexecutive employee compensation.
Talent
We advise companies about strategically oriented policies and practices to obtain and retain talented executive and nonexecutive employees and motivate their performance.
