BRG DRIVE™ was developed using applied analytics to transform raw data into actionable information through advanced innovation and visualizations. The platform is designed to help improve the healthcare analytics and management tools for clients during large-scale performance improvement initiatives and post-implementation to help sustain improvements. BRG DRIVE™ functionality spans a broad range of areas, including labor productivity, supply chain, revenue cycle, length-of-stay management, service-line management, physician practice management, referral management, population health, department-specific analytics, and executive dashboards.

The platform is used at all levels of an organization to enable robust analytics and reporting, assess opportunities for improvement, and monitor performance. The analytics are provided at a summary level with detailed drill-down capabilities. The platform can be configured to deliver reports directly to the user’s inbox and alert a user if it drops below an expected level.
