Travis Wingo is an associate director in BRG’s Global Construction practice.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and possesses extensive experience in critical path method (CPM) schedule delay analyses, labor productivity losses, analysis of construction damages, litigation, arbitration, owner’s representative services, and project risk management. Mr. Wingo has over twelve years of industry experience and has provided consulting services on over seventy matters, domestically and internationally, involving complex construction disputes and claims.
Mr. Wingo specializes in complex CPM schedule delay analyses, delay damage quantification, and labor productivity analyses. In addition, he has extensive experience in dispute resolution, project risk mitigation, analysis of project defects, change management, project controls, change order development, and cost overrun analysis. Mr. Wingo has experience in developing and defending against large-scale construction and engineering claims in US federal courts and state district courts, and before the American Arbitration Association and International Chamber of Commerce. He has assisted clients with construction claims and disputes in values ranging from $500,000 to more than $4 billion.
