Tod Baker

Tod Baker has led teams at multiple hospital systems in improving quality of care and enhancing hospital competitiveness, successfully built consulting solutions, and led highly diverse sales, service, and operational teams.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Baker held roles as firm principal, chief executive officer, senior vice president, and assistant vice president. In addition to helping build and grow a quality improvement practice, he started his own performance improvement company to help providers succeed in value-based care and started and built a consulting team.

Mr. Baker received his BS from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
