Seth Eisenstein is a managing director in BRG’s Corporate Finance practice focusing on financial and operational performance improvement, specifically for portfolio companies of private equity and debt funds.
He has over twenty years of experience in consulting, general management, and private equity portfolio operations. Mr. Eisenstein has led growth strategies, cost take-outs, and transformations across a wide range of industries, including retail, consumer goods, restaurants, industrial manufacturing, and distribution.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Eisenstein was a director in the portfolio support group of a global private equity firm, where he worked from 2016 through 2019. He worked with several of the firm’s North American investments across sectors including consumer, restaurants, packaging, and industrial manufacturing. As the key member and lead operating executive in five private equity investments, Mr. Eisenstein partnered with management and private equity deal teams to provide due diligence support, establish post-investment strategy, pursue performance improvement, and install strong governance. In these transformational efforts, he has extensive experience coaching and developing superior management teams.
Previously, Mr. Eisenstein led sales and marketing at a portfolio company of a private equity and alternative assets investment firm; and supported business units’ marketing, sales, and cost-reduction initiatives at a multinational food, holding and beverage, and snack food company.
