Peter Chadwick
Peter Chadwick has significant experience leading healthcare providers through transformations, including public private partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare districts, and leading systems through bankruptcy.
Key services include:
- Operational Turnarounds: Developing and implementing expedited operational turnarounds utilizing BRG’s technical specialists in clinical and operational functions (i.e., RCM, CDI, physician networks, labor, supply chain, etc.) along with BRG’s data analytics products (i.e., physician productivity, labor utilization, revenue cycle dashboard) and proprietary artificial intelligence products (i.e., physician scheduling).
- Leading Transactions that Ensure Continuity of Care: Working with public entities (city and county hospitals), public private partnerships (healthcare districts, government sponsored transactions) to facilitate partnerships that reduce the need for state funding of safety net hospitals. These clients often require liquidity management and operational improvements to stabilize systems.
- Crisis Management: Many of our clients have severe liquidity challenges, which require BRG to institute treasury management procedures to create transparency into future liquidity, stabilize liquidity on a week-to-week basis, and establish procedures to ensure continuity of critical supplies.
Many of our recent matters have included all three services, whereby we take a management role, stabilize liquidity, institute rapid performance improvement, and establish financial support through government partnerships.
Mr. Chadwick often serves as chief transformation officer, chief restructuring officer, or chief financial officer.
Prior to joining BRG, Mr. Chadwick was an Executive Director at Capstone Advisory Group, LLC, and prior to that, he was a restructuring advisor at FTI Consulting.
