Murali Gokki
Murali Gokki co-leads BRG’s Retail Performance Improvement practice. He brings more than twenty years of experience delivering high-impact strategic and business transformational solutions for global retail, wholesale, and consumer products companies.
He provides expertise in retail strategy, operations, merchandising, product development, sourcing, product-life-cycle management, COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction, and general and administrative (G&A) optimization. He has served as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, C-suite leaders, and boards on addressing strategic and operational challenges and has led projects in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Gokki also has significant experience advising both private equity and strategic buyers on their M&A transactions across the deal cycle. He has extensive experience in leading transformation projects post-acquisition and delivering on value-creation opportunities in an accelerated timeline.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Gokki held leadership roles at AlixPartners’ Retail practice, primarily servicing the fashion sector and broader retail M&AD services and solutions. Prior to AlixPartners, he managed consulting engagements at Dassault Systèmes and Kurt Salmon Associates.
