A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Malcolm Landman has fifteen years of commercial management and construction advisory experience.
Mr. Landman has worked across a wide range of projects in industries including oil and gas, building, and civil engineering infrastructure; and for clients that have included leading Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)-based contractors, GCC national oil companies, government authorities, and property developers.
Mr. Landman has supported an expert witness in providing independent expert testimony to arbitration proceedings in the United Kingdom. He has also reviewed contractor claims and variations; and provided an opinion on quantum and substantiated costs. His key technical competencies include:
