Kurt Eicher

Kurt Eicher has served in leadership positions at the intersection of payer and provider business models. His clients include national and provider-sponsored plans, integrated delivery systems, growth-stage organizations, and their investor partners.

Mr. Eicher supports clients with enterprise strategies across growth, performance, and integration. He has constructed enterprise-wide value-based strategies and operating models for national and regional plans and integrated delivery systems. He has supported successful new market-entry strategies for regional plans and Medicaid managed care organizations, facilitated joint ventures between plans and provider organizations, and led performance improvement efforts for community-based hospitals.

Feeding his passion for integrated models and innovation, Mr. Eicher has been a chief of staff in the growth-stage care and coverage space and has helped plan for and launch value-based NewCos.

Mr. Eicher received his BA in international relations from The College of Wooster and his pre-law certificate from the University of Amsterdam.
