Kevin Glowacki

Kevin Glowacki has assessed subject companies adherence to generally accept accounting principles (GAAP), as well as auditor’s adherence to generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) for billion dollar SEC registered companies.

Additional assignments have including tracing of fund flows through warehouse facilities and securitization vehicles, internal investigations into alleged internal control failures, assessment in connection with an SEC action brought against the subject company’s CFO.

Prior to joining BRG, Mr. Glowacki was a managing director with Capstone Advisory Group, LLC, and a senior managing consultant in LECG’s National Forensic Accounting Practice. His responsibilities include managing litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and internal investigation engagements involving complex audit and accounting issues, damages assessment, and other forensic accounting issues. He has assisted plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation as well as SEC investigations.
