
Julia Clark
Julia Clark, PhD, MPH, has twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in strategy, population health, value-based-care contracting, and physician operations.
Before joining BRG, Dr. Clark held roles as partner, director, associate director, managing consultant, and project manager in the consulting and healthcare industries.
Dr. Clark has led the development and build of value-based entities including clinically integrated networks, accountable care organizations, population health service organizations, and other risk-baring contracts. She led a multimillion-dollar hospital turnaround project that resulted in substantial margin improvement and operating model redesign to lead areas including revenue cycle managed services; has led Federal Emergency Management Agency projects across the country; and works closely with both commercial and federal healthcare enterprises.
Dr. Clark has developed enterprise and ambulatory care models that have included determination of levels of risk, key performance indicators, processes, roles development, and staffing model and flexible deployment of services from the ambulatory to the post-acute setting. She has built care management and post-acute programs and led practice transformation engagements across the ambulatory setting.
Dr. Clark received a Doctor of Philosophy in public health sciences and an MPH from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a BS in psychobiology from Simmons College.
