Jeryn Koritzinsky is an associate director in BRG’s Global Construction practice.
She has nearly fifteen years of experience in project management, construction claims, project schedule management, project controls, project engineering, and contract management. Her project management experience includes interior renovations, condominium buildout, ground-up construction, hotel rehabilitation, substations, and data centers for public and private clients across the United States and in Puerto Rico.
Ms. Koritzinsky has provided services for projects ranging from $5,000 to $500 million. She also has experience in dispute resolution, delay analysis, and insurance claims. Her real estate advisory practice includes assessment and diligence via contract review, schedule review, budget review, and construction risk assessments.
Before joining BRG, Ms. Koritzinsky worked for a large construction management firm for nine years, managing projects around the US.
