Jeff Roth has over thirty years of experience across process areas of a commercial and industrial general contracting organization.
His training and experience include preconstruction, estimating, risk management, project management, and dispute resolution. He has acted as project manager/executive for over 80 construction projects and has knowledge and expertise in the design-build project delivery method.
Mr. Roth has over 20 years of experience providing real-time and post-construction litigation support services. He focuses on contractual disputes and claims and property and general liability insurance claims among project stakeholders and team members. His dispute resolution experience emphasizes construction cost/estimating, project management processes, construction means and methods, termination, differing site conditions, and construction workmanship and defects.
Mr. Roth has been an American Arbitration Association construction panel member since 1989. He also has mediator and dispute review board training.
