Jean-Gabriel Despeyroux has over ten years of experience in competition policy and economics and civil litigation matters.

He has been involved in merger and antitrust cases before the French Competition Authority and European Commission. He also has extensive experience in private litigation cases before the French Commercial Court and other jurisdictions.

He has worked across a wide range of industries, including retail, telecommunications, energy, online platforms, home and personal care products, construction and building materials and pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Despeyroux is fluent in French and English. He graduated from the Toulouse School of Economics, where he regularly lectures on “Cases and Topics in Competition Policy.”
