Jason Kuckkan is a director in BRG’s Retail Performance Improvement practice. He delivers high-impact strategic business transformations and implements operational improvements to drive financial results.
He brings more than twenty years of experience working with retail industry leaders across retail strategy, store operations, merchandising, inventory management, e-commerce, supply chain, marketing, and finance. He is a trusted strategic advisor and experienced retail leader and has driven performance improvement with many North American retailers in virtually all formats, including department store, apparel, hard goods, and home improvement.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Kuckkan was managing director, US Retail Strategy at Accenture. He led transformation initiatives to deliver revenue growth, organizational design, operational improvements, cost optimization, and technology implementations.
Mr. Kuckkan’s experience has been balanced across healthy, challenged, and distressed client situations. In addition to strategy and performance improvement, he has developed implementation and change management programs to improve adoption of new strategies, organizations, processes, and technology.
Previously, Mr. Kuckkan worked in the retail industry for more than fifteen years at Kohl’s and The Home Depot. He led large teams across Store Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance. He is a proven leader with strategic vision to develop and implement innovative solutions leveraging customer and performance analytics.
