Helmut Klemperer has over twelve years of experience in litigation consulting in antitrust economics, intellectual property, and calculation of damages.

He has managed projects related to alleged price fixing, exclusionary conduct, and tying, particularly at the class certification stage. His expertise relates to the design and management of quantitative analyses using large and complex databases in support of expert testimony. To this end, he has worked closely with attorneys and law firms to collect, produce, and build a thorough understanding of relevant data from their clients, as well as from third parties.

Mr. Klemperer’s experience includes a range of industries including medical devices, title insurance, aviation, microprocessors, tobacco, gasoline, and chemicals.
