Gregory Smith
Greg Smith is a Certified Public Accountant, a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
He provides consulting services to corporations, law firms, and government agencies relating to the quantification of damages in commercial disputes, the valuation of businesses and business assets, such as intellectual property, and forensic accounting services. Mr. Smith has thirty years of accounting and consulting experience. He has served as a financial and economic expert in matters before state and federal courts, in arbitrations, and in mediation proceedings.
Mr. Smith frequently is asked to speak on financial and economic issues related to commercial disputes and is the coauthor of a leading treatise on calculating damages in intellectual property litigation.
