Grant Mendeljian provides construction expertise to project owners, developers, contractors, designers, municipalities, and their counsel.
Grant Mendeljian has over twenty-six years of industry experience, including representing nationally ranked general contractors, with over $3 billion worth of constructed projects in the large commercial and multifamily market sectors. Mr. Mendeljian has been involved in commercial, healthcare, high-rise residential towers, high-rise office towers, mid-rise offices, higher education, hospitality, airports, student housing, senior living, stadiums and sports facilities, retail, laboratory research and development (R&D), mixed-use, K–12 schools, and wood-frame multifamily developments. With feasibility and estimating, he has been engaged in over $24 billion worth of projects.
Mr. Mendeljian has experience in most forms of project delivery and procurement, including traditional design–bid–build, design–build, lump sum, GMP/GMAX, reimbursable, target cost, and public–private partnership (PPP). His background across all aspects of the general contracting business is rare as it includes direct experience in planning, estimating, procurement, on-site operational execution, project auditing, financial management at the business-unit level, and strategic business planning.
