Grant Mendeljian is a director in BRG’s Construction practice. He has over twenty-five years of industry experience representing nationally ranked general contractors, with over $3 billion worth of completed projects in the large commercial and multifamily market sectors. He has experience in facets of the general contracting business including preconstruction and project planning, estimating, project management, organizational leadership and strategy, purchasing, project auditing, and business unit financial management. When including the feasibility, planning, and auditing stages, he has been engaged in over $24 billion worth of projects.
