
Garrett Mann
Garrett Mann is a director in BRG’s Healthcare Performance Improvement practice and has over fifteen years of healthcare management experience.
Garrett Mann started his career in practice management for large academic groups. As a consultant, he has implemented strategy and change management engagements for academic medical centers, large state and national health systems, specialty centers, county and community systems, and multistore independent practices, with a focus on provider performance and alignment, network integrity, portfolio optimization, revenue integrity, and revenue strategy.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Mann led ambulatory performance improvement implementations to optimize provider templates and patient access, ensure efficient patient throughput processes, align staffing to provider productivity, and develop provider compensation programs. He also supported strategic projects focused on provider need assessments, service-line growth, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, funds flow, supply chain, and corporate structuring.
Mr. Mann holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Morehouse College and a master’s in hospital administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.
