Frank Stabile

Frank Stabile has conducted analyses pertaining to reasonable royalties, lost profits, unjust enrichment, and consumer overcharges. He also consults with companies regarding standard essential patents and fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory (F/RAND) commitments. Mr. Stabile served as an expert in a breach of contract matter involving the nonpayment of royalties.

Mr. Stabile works directly with other experts and clients to define the scope of engagements and ensure that final work product is completed on time and fulfills client requirements. He has extensive experience simultaneously managing large, complex projects with overlapping deadlines.

Mr. Stabile regularly attends trials and hearings, where he works closely with expert witnesses and attorneys in patent enforcement actions and disputes involving FRAND royalty rates at US district courts, arbitrations, and the US International Trade Commission.
