Evan Schreiber

Evan Schreiber has spent more than seven years providing buy- and sell-side deal assistance to both private equity and strategic investors within the healthcare industry in transactions ranging from $1 million to over $100 million of EBITDA.

Mr. Schreiber’s primary focus includes financial analysis, such as Quality of Earnings, Quality of Revenue, working capital, and net debt considerations; multisite considerations; and business segment carveouts.

Within the healthcare industry, Mr. Schreiber has specific sector experience in optometry and ophthalmology, hospice, home health, personal care, specialty and rare pharmacy, behavioral health, plastic surgery, medical spa, managed care, dental practices, oral surgery, primary care, medical device manufacturers, infusion, cardiology, and healthcare staffing.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Schreiber worked in the healthcare transaction advisory practice at a national accounting firm and in the assurance services practice at a Big Four accounting firm.
