Dorcas Kwan

Dorcas Kwan is an associate director based in BRG’s Hong Kong office. She has nearly fifteen years of diverse experience in consulting, public-sector roles and in-house business analytics and data science projects. Her work spans industries including consumer products, entertainment, agricultural products, gasoline, logistic services, building maintenance and financial services.

During her time in consulting, Ms. Kwan has worked on high-profile cases in competition, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general damages. As an economist for the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Competition Commission of Hong Kong, she conducted economic research and data analysis to support labor policy deliberation and competition law enforcement in Hong Kong. More recently, she served as a director and led the data science function at a multinational company.

Ms. Kwan holds a master’s degree in economics from UCLA and has post-graduate academic training in urban planning and European Union competition law. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
