He has nearly fifteen years of experience working alongside management teams and sponsors on value creation and performance improvement. His career has spanned from lower middle-market companies to Fortune 500 across multiple industries.
Mr. Zugay has deep expertise in operational finance supporting the office of the CFO and has implemented processes and tools to establish the finance team as a strategic-minded, value-added business partner. He brings a broad stakeholder perspective, having served as management, consultant, and sponsor. His core areas of expertise include:

Before joining BRG, Mr. Zugay held a variety of interim and advisory roles with private equity portfolio companies. He served as manager of Corporate FP&A with Las Vegas Sands. His career began with the Chrysler Corporation in supply/operations before transitioning to finance and accounting at Ford Motor Company. After graduate school, he worked in alternative investments as a hedge fund quantitative analyst.
Mr. Zugay received his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds BS degrees in mathematics & statistics and finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
