David Najvar

David J. Najvar has extensive experience with large-scale antitrust litigation and merger analysis, as well as matters involving intellectual property, commercial damages, and business valuation.

He has consulted on numerous projects in a wide range of industries including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy, and chemicals.

Mr. Najvar serves as office director for BRG’s College Station office. Prior to joining BRG, Mr. Najvar worked as an economic consultant at LECG for almost twelve years.
