David Brueggeman

David Brueggeman has proven expertise in developing client relationships, selling and leading high-impact projects, and delivering substantial financial and operational improvements. He is skilled in managed care strategy, financial planning, market strategy, and operational excellence.

Over his career, Mr. Brueggeman has managed financial strategy initiatives including revenue/cost trend analytics, model development, long-range financial planning, build/buy decisioning, and revenue cycle optimization. He has directed managed care strategy projects including overall contracting strategy and specific payer negotiations, rate benchmarking, chargemaster strategy, contracting language optimization, payment model development (including value-based reimbursement), organizational design, termination planning, and price transparency strategy.

Mr. Brueggeman received an MBA from Miami University (Ohio) and BS degrees in finance (minor in economics) and multinational business operations.
