Darren Harter

Darren Harter has over ten years of professional experience advising clients on accounting, finance, and business processes.

Since 2017, he has performed transaction advisory services to middle-market clients, including full enterprise sales, carve-outs, and growth equity investments. During that time, he has worked on more than 125 buy- and sell-side transactions, advising both private equity investors and strategic investors. His transaction advisory and financial due diligence experience includes identification of key deal issues, quality of earnings analysis, customer retention analysis, profitability analysis, cash-flow modeling, working capital adjustments, and purchase agreement consultation. Mr. Harter has relevant industry experience in software (perpetual and term licenses, and SaaS), fintech, tech-enabled services, life sciences, and business and professional services.
