Cosimo Fischietti
Cosimo Fischietti has over fifteen years of experience in regulation, competition, litigation and strategy in the TMT and infrastructure sectors in Italy and Europe.
Cosimo Fischietti’s experience includes pivotal roles in organisations where he oversaw regulated activities, antitrust and European affairs in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) and mail and logistics sectors. He served as a board member of a European Union association that champions the interests of telecommunications challengers on crucial regulatory and competitive matters.
Mr Fischietti has advised some of the largest Italian firms, investors and infrastructure funds in markets such as highways, airports, railways, electricity and gas on issues relating to tariffs, economic and financial plans, regulatory due diligence and market analysis. He has a demonstrated track record in achieving complex business negotiations, leading antitrust cases (cartels, market abuses, mergers, state aid) and litigations initiatives (damage analysis), and defining regulatory and strategy plans to support shareholder decisions.
Before joining BRG, Mr Fischietti worked in economic consulting and in leading TMT and mail and logistics firms throughout Italy.
