Chuck Long is an associate director with BRG’s Global Construction practice based in the firm’s Houston office. He has over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry throughout the project life cycle, including contract negotiation, project management, and the resolution of claims.
Mr. Long has worked with subcontractors, general contractors, and owners on the assessment and valuation of construction disputes. His expertise includes Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule delay and disruption analyses and the quantification of delay, disruption, and loss of productivity damages.
Mr. Long has consulted on numerous projects, including petrochemical facilities, liquified natural gas (LNG) plants, power and utilities, high-rise commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects. He previously worked for one of the largest global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors and has extensive experience on construction sites for major capital projects located in the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and the US.
