He also has experience in revenue cycle assessment, implementation, and interim leadership roles.

Mr. Monether has worked on and led engagements in areas such as national and regional hospital networks, academic medical centers, national multistate anesthesiology groups, radiation oncology, multistate physical therapy, dental, orthopedics, behavioral health, skilled nursing, multispecialty physician groups, and medical device organizations.

Mr. Monether has served in interim positions as vice president of Revenue Cycle at both a multispecialty physician group with 150+ physicians and a multistate behavioral health company. During both tenures, he implemented key improvement initiatives aimed at sustainable operational growth, cash acceleration, and the development of critical operational and financial analytics.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Monether spent ten years in Alvarez & Marsal’s Health Industry Group working across the engagement continuum, including revenue cycle, turnaround and restructuring, financial operations performance improvement, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable (AR) valuation. Previously, he spent seven years at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, focusing primarily on operational performance improvement, compliance and regulatory requirements (joint commission compliance and readiness), quality improvement, and physician revenue cycle management.
