Anton Pismenyuk
Anton Pismenyuk is an associate director with BRG’s Energy & Climate practice.
He has over fifteen years of investment banking and valuation experience executing complex transactions, including financings, sell- and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A)/acquisition and divestiture (A&D) transactions, and financial recapitalization/restructuring mandates. Mr. Pismenyuk’s energy expertise spans the upstream, midstream, downstream, and oil field services sectors. He has executed over $20 billion of advisory assignments and $50 billion of capital markets transactions in the energy space.
Before joining BRG, Mr. Pismenyuk was a senior vice president in the Oil & Gas group of a global investment bank, where he focused on exploration and production (E&P) M&A/A&D transactions and private capital financings and advised on restructuring assignments. Prior to that, he spent nearly six years in the Energy group at a global independent investment bank, where he advised international and domestic upstream companies on strategic M&A/A&D, raising private capital, and restructuring assignments.
Before that, he spent over four years at a Canadian multinational financial services company, advising E&P, midstream, and oil field services clients in strategic M&A, A&D, and capital markets transactions. He began his career as valuation analyst at a regional valuation firm, where he focused on valuation of corporate securities and partnership interests of private and closely held companies across various industries.
Mr. Pismenyuk received a BBA in finance from Southern Methodist University.
