Andrew Nolan specializes in performance improvement and turnaround and restructuring services.

Mr. Nolan is deeply experienced in creating and transitioning strategies and financial forecasting tools that are flexible enough to be used during times of significant operational change. He also has experience with store portfolio optimization, merger integration planning, and transaction advisory services in industries including retail, financial services, manufacturing, and newspapers and media.

Before joining BRG, Mr. Nolan was a director in the Finance/Restructuring practice of a global business advisory firm.
