Valuation and Financial Advisory Expert Jerry Chang Joins BRG’s Corporate Finance Practice

BRG announced today that Jerry Chang, CFA, has joined the firm as an Atlanta-based managing director in its valuation and financial advisory team, within its Corporate Finance practice.
Chang is a valuation and financial advisory expert whose career spans more than 25 years, during which he has assisted clients across a wide variety of industries, with a recognized specialty in the healthcare industry. His corporate finance experience includes valuation, financial advisory, transaction advisory, regulatory compliance, litigation support, financial reporting and tax compliance. Chang has testified as an expert witness in federal court, state court, arbitration, mediation and regulatory settings. He has also served as a valuation and transaction expert to state attorneys general offices related to nonprofit conversion transactions.

In the healthcare field, Chang has led the valuation process for hundreds of hospitals and health systems, medical practices, outpatient centers, managed care and other provider and payer organizations.

Prior to joining BRG, Chang led the healthcare valuation and transaction advisory practice for a global consulting firm for over 18 years and was a manager at two of the Big Four accounting and consulting firms.
Chang is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds both Series 63 and 79 licenses. He graduated with his BBA in finance (with honors) from Georgia State University’s Robinson School of Business and earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
