BRG today announces the appointments of Mark Bosley and Pascale Leymin as directors based in London, as the firm continues its strategic expansion of its global Economics & Damages practice.

Bosley, who has worked for twelve years in economic and financial consulting, will bring wide experience in both commercial and competition disputes, particularly in the fields of valuation, the assessment of damages, the analysis of profitability, and competition and regulatory policy. His focus will be primarily on contentious matters, with his industry experience including telecommunications, energy, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Leymin, who joins from a global consulting firm and has twelve years of sector experience, is a forensic accountant also specialising in dispute resolution and expert work. She will focus on quantification of damages and loss, involving financial modelling, complex financial analysis, and report preparation. Her wide industry experience includes transaction-related and commercial matters. A native French speaker, Leymin will further augment the firm’s capabilities in key European markets.

Commenting on the appointments, Greg Harman, a managing director and head of BRG’s EMEA Disputes practice, said: “We’re thrilled to have Pascale and Mark join us and are sure that their skills and expertise will be of great value to both our team and our clients as we continue to build our practice in EMEA and globally.”
