  • Kai-Uwe Kühn and Miroslava Marinova’s article “The Battle for Search: United States v. Google LLC and Its Implications for Antitrust Law” (Concurrences, forthcoming) has been nominated in the “Academic Articles: Unilateral Conducts” category. Read the full article.
