Christopher J. Kearns Named in Global M&A Network's Top 100 Restructuring Professionals

Global M&A Network has named Christopher J. Kearns to its ninth-annual list of “Top 100 Restructuring Professionals: Distinction in Dealmaking.” He is one of twenty-five consultants selected in the list.
This list spotlights a “highly respected, successful, and innovative group” of consultants, investment bankers, and lawyers from the turnaround and restructuring communities.
Mr. Kearns is the co-head of BRG’s Corporate Finance practice and is one of the foremost authorities in delivering crisis management services and expert testimony in the troubled company and corporate finance environment. He has represented all parties-in-interest in various complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters and has served as chief executive officer, chief restructuring officer, responsible officer, receiver, and trustee. Mr. Kearns has rendered expert testimony in multiple jurisdictions on matters involving valuation, lost profits, solvency, credit analysis, liquidation and recovery analysis, and other issues in distressed situations.
