BRG Ranked Fifth Globally in Who’s Who Legal Arbitration 2023 Guide

Who’s Who Legal has ranked BRG fifth in the world in its Arbitration Expert Witnesses 2023 guide, which profiles experts widely acclaimed for their incisive testimony, independence and top-tier analysis.

The news follows a strong year of continued investment in BRG’s global Disputes practice, including new hires in Buenos Aires and South Africa, as well as the recent appointment of leading competition expert David Sunding as vice chairman.

Five experts are ranked as Global Elite Thought Leaders, considered by WWL as among the world’s leading practitioners:

  • Daniela Bambaci “is thorough and very detail-oriented” and “has the gift of being able to explain very complex issues in simple terms.”
  • Richard Boulton KC is acclaimed for having “an authoritative presence that makes him an excellent expert witness,” with his expert reports being “well crafted and elegant.”
  • Santiago Dellepiane, head of BRG’s International Arbitration practice, is “a nimble thinker” who “understands the case in great depth” and “seamlessly handles complex cases.”
  • Mustafa Hadi, head of BRG’s Asia–Pacific region, is recognized as “having excellent technical expertise” and is “very client-friendly, and inspires confidence,” with one client remarking, “I think he is fabulous—my go-to expert.”
  • Anastasia Malyugina is listed in the Global Elite – Under 45 category. She is “an up-and-coming expert who is a force to be reckoned with” and “highly recommended for disputes with a former USSR component.”
