BRG has achieved first place in the rankings for the inaugural edition of Who’s Who Legal’s Litigation – Expert Witnesses, a guide that ranks the foremost professionals globally for their work across a wide variety of matters, including valuations and compliance issues; and who are well versed on giving testimony on commercial disputes. BRG is listed as the leading firm globally, with nineteen experts achieving a ranking, more than double the number of experts listed for its two closest competitors.
In the United States, the following experts achieve a profile:
- BRG Chairman David Teece “enjoys a world-class reputation in the market and is commended for the depth of his expertise on disputes related to antitrust and competition as well as intellectual property.” He is based in the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office.
- Bruce Bingham, a managing director in New York, is recognized “for his extensive knowledge of corporate matters and has wide-ranging experience testifying as an expert witness in state and federal courts.”
- Bala Dharan, a managing director in Boston, “is held in high esteem for his first-rate practice and strong knowledge of a range of economic and business matters while acting as a testifying expert in litigation.”
