On July 11, Rick Fultineer and John Dillon will join the panel “Risk Management in the Future of the Nuclear Power Industry.” Panelists will discuss the current climate surrounding legal issues related to the construction of nuclear energy.
The Society of Construction Law North America is one of the many international sections of the SCL, founded in 1983 to promote the study and research in the field of construction law. The SCL has over 3,000 members internationally, and in 2017 the final gap in the global SCL network was closed with the founding of the SCL NA Section, which includes the USA and Canada.
