Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy Liability
David Kalat co-presented a “Biometric Privacy Primer” panel on April 27. Panelists led a dialogue on the latest draft of the primer, which provides guidance to practitioners, judges, and policymakers regarding how biometric information and biometric data are legally defined; how biometric systems work; and the privacy, data security, and related issues they raise.
