On February 12, Dubravka Tosic will take part in the panel “New Approaches and Considerations to Defense and Valuation of Future Medical Damages in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Litigation” at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s 2025 Midyear Meeting.
Dr. Tosic will discuss economic strategies for assessing plaintiff’s estimated future medical damages during discovery and at trial, including how to evaluate and counter plaintiff damages valuation theories. She will join Scott KG Kozak (Sandberg Phoenix) and Aubrey J. Wooddy, III (InQuis Global).
