Rob McDonald and Clint Woofter will present a two-part seminar focusing on the full life cycle of successful government contract compliance and execution.

  • Part 1, February 20, 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET: Part 1 will feature an in-depth look at the government contracting pre-award process. It will cover topics such as key considerations for the pursuit of government contracts, important functional processes and systems needed to win and successfully perform on government contracts, and preparation for post-award compliance success. This will include learning how to interpret requests for proposal and developing compliant contract proposals.
  • Part 2, March 13, 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET: Part 2 will cover essential activities that take place post-award during and following contract performance. Topics will include effective contract administration and ways to meet contractual obligations, manage risks, and ensure both parties fulfill their responsibilities. The session will involve a deeper dive into post-award functional compliance areas, as well as describe specific risks and when and how new contractors can mitigate such risks.

The series will provide participants with insights to manage the government contracting life cycle and ensure regulatory compliance and success.
