Geopolitical Wars, Financial Upheavals, and International Arbitration

During New York Arbitration Week, Kenneth Grant will participate in a panel discussion on “Geopolitical Wars, Financial Upheavals and International Arbitration.”

Panelists will examine the impacts that emerging political and financial risks have had on international deal-making and dispute resolution, including implications for international arbitral proceedings. The panel will also consider recommendations for effectively mitigating or navigating such heightened dispute risks.
