Dr. Xavier Boutin discussed “What Does Indispensability Mean in Refusal to Supply Cases, and Should We Adopt a Narrow Application of the Bronner Criteria, as Proposed by the European Commission?” Malgorzata Szwaj of Linklaters moderated the panel, which featured Professor Christian Bergqvist of Copenhagen University.
