Dr. Aleksandra Boutin will discuss “The As-Efficient Competitor Test and Substantive Competition in the European Commission’s practice”. Dr. Marta Sendrowicz of A&O Shearman will moderate the panel, which will also feature Professor John Yun of George Mason University.
Dr. Xavier Boutin will discuss “What Does Indispensability Mean in Refusal to Supply Cases, and Should We Adopt a Narrow Application of the Bronner Criteria, as Proposed by the European Commission?” Malgorzata Szwaj, of Linklaters will moderate the panel, which will also feature Professor Christian Bergqvist of Copenhagen University.
