Dr. Xavier Boutin will discuss “What Does Indispensability Mean in Refusal to Supply Cases, and Should We Adopt a Narrow Application of the Bronner Criteria, as Proposed by the European Commission?” Malgorzata Szwaj, of Linklaters will moderate the panel, which will also feature Professor Christian Bergqvist of Copenhagen University.
