Kai-Uwe Kühn and David Parker spoke at the Centre for Competition Policy’s 2024 conference Regulatory Pivot: Evolving Approaches for Addressing Sectoral Market Failures.
Prof. Kühn chaired the session “Regulatory Gaps and Competition Overlaps” on June 13; he spoke on the panel “Digital Regulation in a Broad Competition Context” on June 14 and discussed his paper Rebutting Gatekeeper Presumptions: How to Disprove Lock-in from Ecosystem and Network Effects.
Mr Parker spoke at the conference’s final session, “Regulatory Governance: Where Next?”.
