Moderated by Ashley J. Heilprin (Phelps Dunbar LLP), the panel discussed and demonstrated tactics for delivering outstanding opening statements, game-changing direct and cross-examinations, tactics for impeachment and witness rehabilitation, and winning closing arguments. Dr. Meer provided insight into the tools needed to succeed if a case goes to trial while presenting alongside Aelish Baig (Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP), Hon.
