This 1981 trial is often overlooked in the debate over antitrust’s role in resolving larger societal issues. The reenactment and subsequent panel discussion shed light on how antitrust claims may arise in the context of civil rights issues and whether antitrust can play a role in resolving civil rights and diversity issues.
