The discussion highlighted Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) withdrawing guidelines that provided safe harbors to some types of information sharing and collaborative conduct, citing advances in technology and greater reliance on algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI).
