Hassan Faghani recently participated in the ABA Antitrust Law Section discussion “A Conversation on Platform Economics and Antitrust.”
During the moderated discussion led by Jody Boudreault (Baker Botts), Dr. Faghani considered the increased focus on platforms—in courts and the press—and how platforms could benefit or harm consumers and competition. He concluded with how economics can provide structure for analyzing front-page platform issues while presenting with Bret Fulkerson (Indeed).
