JoAnna Younts took part in a breakout session on “The Power and Pitfalls of Price Transparency Data” on March 9. This session explored the current state of the hospital and payer price transparency data, including hospital compliance with reporting requirements, government enforcement activity, complexity of the payer data, analysis of the data to support reimbursement strategy, and use in payer-provider disputes.
