Finding talent that thrives at BRG
BRG fosters a collaborative environment where you will be given genuine responsibility from the outset whilst being supported by experienced members of your team. Our firm culture is entrepreneurial and inclusive, bolstered by high-calibre colleagues at every level of the organisation. What to expect during your interviews
The specific structure of your interview process may vary depending on role and location, but you can expect a thoughtful, engaging experience designed to help both you and BRG make the best decision possible. Here are the usual stages:
- Submit application: Applications are reviewed regularly, and candidates should hear a decision on their application within five days of submitting their CV.
- Recruiter phone screen: Typically conducted by phone or virtually, this conversation explores the role, BRG, the candidate’s experience, and the interview process in more detail.
- Interview: This is normally a competency- and experience-based interview conducted virtually. The candidate will receive preparation documents ahead of the interview. Once completed, feedback should be given within forty-eight hours.
- Case study/technical test: For some roles, further interviews may be conducted to confirm your skills and experience through a technical test. If this stage is required, materials will be sent in advance, and the review will be held virtually. Once completed, feedback should be given within forty-eight hours.
- Final interview: This takes place with an expert in a relevant area of our business and ideally will be in person.
